Fundraisers for School and Community Organizations

Community support through fundraising truly shaped me and my youth. I’m so proud to be able to offer opportunities for the next generation of young people and community organizations through our small farm and business.

We currently offer 3 seasonal fundraisers. Each fundraiser has a 3-4 month lead time. All fundraisers are based on a 40/60 spilt (40% of every sale goes towards your organization). Product delivery is available within 85 miles of CJF for the Fall Bulb and Evergreen Fundraisers. Hanging baskets must be picked up on our farm.

Nationwide shipping is available for Fall Bulb Fundraiser.

Spring Hanging baskets

Our curated collection of spring time flowering hanging baskets are grown and timed to be delivered around Mothers Day weekend (mid May).

Hanging basket sales window can run from Jan 1-Feb 15.

All baskets are custom grown to your organizations quantity order.

Fall planted bulbs

My favorite fall planted flower bulb selections are prepared, packed and timed to be delivered around early-mid October, perfect time for planting. These bulbs will provide gorgeous spring flowers for years to come!

Fall bulb sales window can run from March 1-June 1.

All bulbs are custom packed per your organizations quantity sold.

Holiday and evergreens

Our hand made holiday and evergreen pieces are prepared, packed and timed to be delivered around late November/early December (weather depending). Item selections include amaryllis planters, evergreen door swags and wreaths.

Holiday and evergreen sales window can run from October 1-November 5.

All items are custom made to your organizations quantity order

Points to Note:

-All fundraisers we offer are seasonally based and are oriented around living things. Timelines may fluctuate. Not every single item will look exactly the same.

-If your organization is within 85 miles of CJF, we can deliver your items (fall bulbs and evergreens) for a fee based off of distance and required vehicles. If you are beyond 85 miles, your organization will need to pickup at the farm. We can also ship your fall bulb orders to your organization.

-All items will be grown, packed, and delivered by the item total that was sold by your organization. It is your organizations responsibility to sort orders by seller and deliver to your customers.

-All selling organizations will need to provide proof of non-for-profit status.

-All fundraisers are based on a 40/60 spilt (40% of every sale goes towards your organization).

-Once your 2 week selling window has closed, your organization will submit final quantities and we will invoice you for the 60% value. All payments must be made by check and received at the time of quantity submission.

-Your organization will communicate with us through 1 (one) designated person.
